Terms of Service

The Operato AI platform (app.operato-ai.com) and the operato-ai.com website are operated by Sarah Rolland, trading as Operato AI ("we", "us"). Operato AI is not yet incorporated as a registered company; these terms will be updated with the registered entity name and address once incorporation is complete. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Operato AI tracks and explains how your brand appears in AI-generated answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, by sampling representative questions in your category on a regular cadence and showing you what changed, why, and what to do next. A free, one-time diagnostic ("AI Readiness Score") is available with no account and no card, separate from the paid subscription described below.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Three self-serve plans are available: Starter ($99/month), Growth ($199/month), and Scale ($499/month), each billed monthly. An Enterprise plan, custom-quoted, is available for specific needs (multi-region governance, SSO, dedicated onboarding) and is not self-serve.

14-day free trial: every new account starts with a 14-day trial, with full access to Growth-tier features. No card or other payment method is required to start it, and nothing is charged during or at the end of the trial. When the 14 days end, your account stays and your data is kept, but new scans, changes to your tracked questions and new data syncs are paused until you choose a plan. You can subscribe at any time from the Account & billing page; billing starts only when you do. A paid subscription can be cancelled at any time from the same page.

Pricing may change; any price change that would apply to your subscription will be communicated to you in advance.

A promotional offer (for example a discount code) lowers the price of a plan for the number of billing periods stated with the offer; the list price then applies automatically.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our reseller and Merchant of Record. That means Paddle is the legal seller for your purchases, and handles billing, applicable tax collection, and order-related inquiries. Your payment details are handled directly by Paddle; we never see or store them. This is stated on every checkout screen and on your receipt.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account & billing page or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. See our Refund Policy for what happens to payments already made.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• Try to bypass usage limits, automate requests beyond normal use, or resell access to the service without written permission;
• Attempt to access the underlying source code, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the platform.

The service samples and reports on outputs from third-party AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) that we don't control and that can change behavior at any time without notice. We don't guarantee the accuracy, continued availability, or any particular visibility or ranking outcome from those third-party systems.

The platform, its code, and its design belong to us. You keep all rights to your own data and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you, for any cause, is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material violation of these terms, including the Acceptable Use section.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The last-updated date at the top of this page reflects the current version. For any substantial change affecting active subscribers, we’ll let you know.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
